I used remote desktop to connect to my computer through WAN and LAN without any issues. After I upgraded the system to Windows 10 Professional and setted up everything such as ports and static IP address correctly, the RDP made a secure connection and got a black screen with no cursor then disconnected.

Jul 04, 2020 · If Desktop and Taskbar still won’t come back, go to Task Manager’s Details tab in Windows 8 and newer, or Processes tab in Windows XP, Vista, and 7. Click or tap the Name column once to sort all processes by name and locate explorer.exe (there should be at least two of these by now).
I've been RDPing into the machine for years, but since going to 1809, when I try to connect I see the popup window go through all the "securing connection" etc stages, but I'm just given a black screen with an error: Your Remote Desktop Services session has ended, possibly for one of the following reasons: The administrator has ended the session.
